Who is Releaf?

We are a multi-specialty physician practice helping patients utilize medical marijuana to achieve their health goals.  We formulate individualized treatment plans, perform physician evaluations, and educate patient on medical cannabis and CBD therapy.  Our practice is dedicated to advancing the treatment of pain, anxiety, PTSD, bowel disease, neurologic disease, cancer, and opioid addiction. 

 

Dr. Matt Lesneski

Dr. Matthew Lesneski

Dr. Lesneski is an Ivy League trained Anesthesiologist and Fellowship Trained Pain Management Physician.  As a cancer survivor himself, he knows what its like to have a debilitating medical condition.  His experience as both a patient and physician has dedicated him to coaching patients achieve better health.  His passion is to create a medical practice that combines alternative medicine with the latest advances in conventional medicine.

Dr. Richard Domsky

Dr. Richard Domsky is a board-certified physician at ReclaimAbility Pain Services. After receiving his bachelor’s degree from Muhlenberg College, Dr. Domsky attended the Ross University School of Medicine where he received his doctoral degree. Since then, Dr. Richard Domsky has gone on to cultivate an impressive list of accomplishments. Formerly an attending physician at Cooper University Hospital and Elkins Park Anesthesia, Dr. Domsky has been named one of South Jersey’s ‘Top Doctors’ by SJ Magazine eleven times in a row. At ReclaimAbility, Dr. Richard Domsky works to provide efficient, lasting relief for our patients.

Dr. Burhan Haleem

Dr. Burhan Haleem is a fellowship-trained and dual board-certified physician. He is also the chief financial officer at ReclaimAbility Pain Services. Currently, he is pursuing his Masters of Business Administration at John Hopkins Carey Business School. After a career change from the field of computer sciences, Dr. Haleem attended the University of Pennsylvania’s post-baccalaureate program to pursue his dream of becoming a physician and helping patients. He received his doctoral degree from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine and went on to complete his residency in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation at Nassau University Medical Center, where he was elected to be the chief resident in his final year. At ReclaimAbility, Dr. Haleem works with our dedicated team of providers to coordinate care, evaluate treatment options and help our patients reach their full potential.
